Roof toppers by Katherine Rundell

Everyone told Sophie she was orphaned in a shipwreck. But she is sure her mother is still alive. When the Child welfare agency came to collect Sophie, they escape the day before to France for her mother. In France,Sophie met some roof toppers,Matteo,Anastasia,Safi and Gerard. To her,the most helpful person was Matteo because he helped her go over the rooftops and he always has plans, she found her mother on a rooftop playing her cello. And of course they lived happily ever after.

This book is wrote Katherine Rundell. It won the Carnegie Medal and the Guardian Children’s Fiction prize for 2014.
I recommend this book to anyone because it's a beautiful story about pursing your dreams and never ignoring 'a possible'.
